Filipe Pinto Soares (b. 1974) took a Restoration course at the Ricardo Espírito Santo Foundation in 1996 and a 3D animation course at ETIC in 1996.


He attended the Image, Art and Design course at St. Martin's School of Art in London in 1999.


He graduated in production and video at Media Productions Facilities in 2000, London.


In 2001, he created the Relectro brand, an industrial design brand, where he merged technology with vintage decorative pieces.


At that time he began his career as a visual artist. He was featured in several exhibitions such as Abanque (Mouse) in 2004, at Circuit in 2006 and at Nike´s 1/1 Art of Football in 2008.

In 2007 he cooperated with the artist Miguel Palma.


In 2008 he took a painting course at AR.CO. In 2009 he made his first solo exhibition - Floating Dreams. In 2010 he held his second exhibition - Along the way - at the Arte Tranquilidade space and in 2011 he was invited to participate in a collective exhibition - Win-dows of the future - in three cities.


In 2012 he held his third exhibition - Weapons of Mass Creation - at the Art Lounge gallery.


His first drawing exhibition - Below the Line - takes place in 2014, where he also begins his journey as a musician and to build musical instruments.
