Hb / Helen Bur is a British artist currently based in London, working between the UK and abroad, on the road, in temporary studios and across walls.
In studio she works with traditional techniques applying oil to canvas, whilst co-existing in the urban art scene, wielding brush, roller to create larger than life works on wall. Through these varying mediums she explores and embraces painting's role and ability to provide a contemporary social narrative.
She works poetically with each theme she approaches whether working with communities or in aiming to make the personal universal.
