Reskate are an artistic collective from Barcelona formed by María López (b. 1980) and Javier de Riba (b. 1985). Their work, which takes the form of murals, illustrations, exhibitions or installations, is strongly influenced by classical sign painting, popular culture and graphic design.
On their murals, they present works that relate to the space around them, representing stories and facts of the local culture. With this, they make visible the identity of the mural's surroundings.
They've painted a bit all over the world. From Catalonia to China, including France, Germany or Austria.
