LÃND MANTEIGAS

Invited by Lãnd - Wool Innovation Week, an initiative of the Manteigas City Council and the Mountain Village Network, whose main objective is to (re)recognize the importance of this raw material as an endogenous and sustainable resource in the region and with enormous potential for the creative industries, Mistaker Maker went to the green Village of Manteigas.

In addition to the participation of our founder, Lara Seixo Rodrigues, in one of the Lãnd Talks sessions, we brought to the center of the mountain the artist Pantónio who, "under the Serra da Estrela and over a trickle of water", focused on a thread of Bordaleiras and Churras sheep by a wall, a viaduct, an entry or exit door, which serves as a tool for valuing the unique culture of this wool territory, a new point of mandatory visitation, stopping and contemplation.
