ADAMASTOR

Portugal

Adamastor is a two-headed monster that was given to the coast of Lisbon to dedicate itself to illustration, after a long expedition through graphic design.

Pedro Semeano and Susana Diniz have been incarnating both sides of the Camonian creature since 2016, but their tides have crossed much earlier. They say that opposites attract, and that must be why they have been a couple for some years. In illustration Adamastor works for brands, publishers, collaborates with advertising agencies and producers for animated films, for clients such as Snapchat, The Culture Trip, Pato Lógico, RedBull Amaphiko, Unbabel, Navigator, Casa da Música.

He is fortunate to work full time on what he would like to do in his spare time and, for this reason, he is piling up ideas that he puts in his endless logbook.

Illustrators-authors of the book "O Museu do Pensamento", winner of the Best Children's Book Award, given by the Portuguese Society of Authors in 2018.

When there are high tides, Adamastor retreats to his cave, which he shares with Viriato, the cat with a shellfish breath.
